Victory Villages Church
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Anne-Marie Fewell, and as this edition of Elmham News gets delivered I will be preparing to be ordained, then inducted as lead Pastor of Victory Villages Church, North Elmham.
I have lived in North Elmham for nearly 7 years with my children.
When I arrived in North Elmham I was very sick with M.E. So sick I was bedbound for 6 years, and housebound for another 2. You may have seen me negotiating the village with wheelchair and buggies!
Before I got ill I had trained for the ministry at Spurgeon’s Baptist College in South Norwood, but until now was too sick to enter ministry. But now, after a massive leap forward in health after receiving prayer at a Christian event, I am honoured to be able to continue the work started by Tony and Jane.
My family and I feel very settled and at home in North Elmham, and it has been lovely as my health increased to get to know more and more of you from the village.
I have learnt a lot about what it is like to be housebound, bedbound, and living with chronic illness, and if you, or someone you know, is wrestling with these issues, and would like a visit, please do not hesitate to contact me.
My ordination is on March 5th at The Institute at 4pm with refreshments afterwards. All are welcome, so please come and join us!
